We launched Klinor in 2015 because of what we saw in the industry. Companies were stuck in this awful position - either get decent security with terrible response times, or get quick help but remain vulnerable. I remember this one manufacturing client who waited THREE DAYS for their 'security provider' to respond to a breach. Meanwhile, another client had a tech who'd show up in 30 minutes but left their server passwords set to 'password123.' Security holes you could drive a truck through.

Before starting Klinor, I worked at a place where we'd constantly get emergency calls from businesses whose IT providers had dropped the ball. They'd call in a panic: "Our IT company can't figure this out - can you help us?" Man, the stuff we'd find... One law firm hadn't had a working backup in 9 months, but their provider kept billing them for it. Another had firewalls from 2008. I got sick of seeing good people pay for garbage service. That's when I knew we needed to start something better.

When we started Klinor, we made two simple promises: security that actually works, and fast help when you need it. Not one or the other - both. Now we protect businesses all over, from local shops to companies with offices in different countries. The threats keep evolving too. Last month alone we stopped three ransomware attempts that would've been devastating. One was targeting a healthcare provider with 200+ patients. That's the stuff that keeps me motivated - knowing we're helping real people avoid disasters they don't even see coming.
